Whirlpool Refrigerator "BUYER BEWARE"

After 3 Months Of Owing Our New Whirlpool Fridge It Broke. We Contacted The Customer Care Center And They Told Us They Would Send Someone Out To Fix It And Send Us A Check In The Mail For $75.00 For The Lose Of Food (This Covered About 1/2 Of The Amount That We Lost).

After The Repair Was Done (4 Days Later) A Few Months Went By And We Never Saw A Check. We Called Them Wondering Where Our Check Was And They Said "The Customer Rep That Was Handing Our File Never Noted Anything About A Check So There For You Will Not Get Anything".

Not Only Do They Lie To You But They Can't Even Back Up Their Own Product After 3 Months. Buyers Please Beware. Once They Have Your Money You Are On Your Own.
