Samsung Biofresh Refrigerator

I own a Samsung Biofresh Refrigerator.I have been using it for the past 4 years.It was the most popular model at that time and the sales persons also suggested it.

It is a TOP FREEZER type.It is definetely energy efficient.I don't see any increase in my bills. So far I have not had any major problems with the refrigerator,thus I cannot comment on the Customer Service.

Though I'm not very happy with the Freezer functioning of the refrigerator. I had used a VOLTAS before this.I had not faced any problems with that machine.

I had to change it just because it was too old and I wanted a bigger refrigerator. I feel my old refrigerator was much better than the present one I have.
