MASTERMIND 26DLX FINISH 3S / 4S

I own MASTERMIND 26DLX FINISH 3S / 4S for more than a year.It is a double door Refrigerator.

I had booked a Fridge through a sales shop near my locality and i was promised that the fridge would be in my house within 48 hrs that is i booked on 4.4.2009 it had to be on 6th of April but i did not get it.

When i contacted the shop guy i was told it is out of stock ,so i spoke to the Manager ,he assured me it will be in my house latest by 7th of April ,but again a false promise i did not get it. But at last on 8 th April at 10 p.m i got it .

On 9th of April i got installed but it had some technical problem regarding the compressor and i had to call the technical guy and had to pay him Rs 1000 for repair .

Then i called up the company nad spoke to manager regarding their fault they said they were sorry but it was painful for us .But now it is working condition is good am happy with it Thank you
