Kenmore refrigerator from Sears

I own a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears. It came with the house that we bought last June. It works well, but it is old and dirty in the back where the fan is.

A lot of black dust particles shoot out behind it, and I frequently have to pull it away from the wall to clean under it. The one that I currently own is a big, black side-by-side model with an ice and water dispenser. Even though it isn't new, I believe that it is energy efficient. I think that it is about five to seven years old. I would love to replace it with a stainless steel counter-depth model with a bottom freezer drawer.

My parents have a GE like I just described, and I love theirs! I would like to replace the refrigerator because it is ugly, dirty, and inconvenient. The freezer side is very narrow, and it is hard to store items well. The freezer is unorganized because I have to cram things in where they’ll fit.

I would love a freezer drawer because it would help organize my freezer items better. Since I would like to replace the outdated Kenmore refrigerator that I own, I have been secretly hoping that it would break.

That would give me an excuse to purchase a new one. Since refrigerators are so expensive, I hate to spend so much money if I don’t absolutely have to. However, our Kenmore runs very well. No problems.

I haven’t needed to make any service calls or repairs or order any replacement parts. So, I believe that it is a reliable product. I just wish that I liked the look of the refrigerator more!
