Kenmore Elite Side by Side Door Refrigerator

I have a Kenmore Elite side by side door refrigerator. I have owned it for four years. It is the stainless steel model with the water and Ice dispenser on the outside part of the freezer door.

First of all the best thing about it is that it is energy efficient and I like the way it looks in my kitchen, it's very modern. It's roomy in the inside, I can fit a lot of groceries in it and I love the additional shelves on the inside part of the refrigerator door where I can put the orange juice and other items that are bulky.

On the other hand I have encountered a few problems with it. About a year ago I noticed when I drank my milk it was a little warm, I usually like to have real cold milk, so I began checking other food, and noticed the refrigerator was not cooling properly.

The good thing was I have insurance for it and I called the company on the spot and they were really nice and sent someone to fix it the very next day. They even reimbursed me with money for the spoiled food. Overall I am happy with my Stainless Steel Kenmore Refrigerator.
