Godrej Refrigerator with Top Freezer " consumes so much of power and many Problems"

Last year I purchased a Godrej refrigerator with a capacity of 165 liters. It has a top freezer without an additional door to it.

The main problem I am facing is that it consumes so much of power. Also it takes a lot of time to cool in the freezer. It is leaking as well.

I think its insulation is weak. Before 6 months one service person came and checked the whole thing and said it is alright.

My earth also is good. But the problem still persists. I tried calling the service person once again and never wanted to call him again. The company says that the outer coating of colour is made with ZOP technology and provides guarantee or 10 years for it.

There were also other problems. The grills inside the refrigerator has started rusting within a year. The cool air doesn't reach the bottom of the fridge, therefor the vegetable tray is not always cool.

I had to replace the light bulb inside the refrigerator thrice and I think it is due to the faulty wiring. The serviceman would not agree to that as well.

He keeps insisting that the fault is in the wiring of the home. I triple checked for correctness of my home wiring and found it alright.

Finally last week I got contact with central office and I think some body may visit me within a week.
